Handmade lavender soap and candle gift box makes a thoughtful gift that will never go to waste or be re-gifted! It includes:
☞ One hand-poured soy wax candle, scented in Lavender Macaron. Notes of lavender and soft vanilla smell just like the famous french cookie. Grounded with just enough patchouli to bring out the richness of the other scents, it's a divine fragrance combination you won't soon forget.
☞ One handmade soap, scented in woody & floral lavender. Made in the traditional cold-process method, using plenty of olive oil and rich coconut milk, this thickly lathering soap is specially formulated to be mild. It will leave your skin feeling clean, soft and conditioned. Soaps are carefully hand-stamped on both sides.
☞ One handmade Cedar-wood soap dish. Handmade soap contains copious amounts of naturally created glycerin. Glycerin is an effective humectant, it attracts water from the air to your skin. It's one of the reasons handmade soaps are so conditioning, but it's also the reason why they melt away if left sitting in a puddle of water. This soap dish is designed to keep soap up and out of standing water, ensuring they'll last as long as possible. Cedar-wood is a hardwood that's very durable, and naturally resistant to water damage and mildew.
☞ A sturdy keepsake box with an encouraging message from Zelda Fitzgerald printed on the back. "She quietly expected great things to happen to her, and no doubt thats one of the reasons why they did."
SOAP DETAILS Bar size: L 3.5" x 1" x 2.5" Weight: 4.25 oz (minimum)
Before use, handmade soap should be kept in a cool, dry place. Storing soap in a basket on your bedroom dresser is better than keeping it in a closet in a warm, steamy bathroom. Repurpose the gift box as storage for your favorite handmade soaps!
☞ 8 oz Jelly Jars are 2.5 inches wide by 3.75 inches tall. ☞ Cotton wick ☞ Phthalate-free, Dye-free ☞ Burn time is approximately 30-35 hours ☞ Recycled glass jars are made in the USA and can be re-purposed for all kinds of things
When burning, allow enough time for your candle to form a full melt pool. The melted wax should reach all edges of the glass with each burn. This will prevent 'tunneling', use up all the wax and leave you with a clean jar. A full melt pool provides the most scent.
For the cleanest burn, always trim the wick to 1/4" before re-lighting.
Soy wax is easily washed clean with hot, soapy water. Repurpose the candle jars to hold cooking spices, hair accessories, Q-tips or whatever else you can think of!
