Wholesale Policy

These policies apply when ordering directly from us. Please return to the Wholesale page if you prefer ordering through Faire.

Payment: After you submit a purchase order you will receive an invoice within 2 business days via email. Payment by credit card is required prior to order shipment.  

Order Minimum: There is a $150 minimum for opening orders, and no minimum for repeat orders. Products are sold in case-packs with minimum of 2 or 4 per scent/size.

Lead Time & Shipping: Most orders ship within 2 weeks (up to 3 weeks for larger orders) from our workshop in Medford, NY to addresses throughout the United States. In some instances, (for example, if you're waiting for soap to cure) TAT could be as long as 30 days. You will receive an estimated shipping date with your invoice.

Shipping charges are calculated based on distance and weight and will be added to your invoice. There is no charge for an initial local delivery, that's within 10 miles of Medford, New York.

 For merchandising purposes, c
andles do not come with additional packaging. If you want to display the candles in their retail boxes, we will gladly package the candles for you as we do for our retail customers. 

Return Policy: Gilded Olive Apothecary does not accept returns on wholesale orders. However, we do stand behind our quality and defective products may be returned at our expense within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us for return approval before shipping products back.

If any portion of your order was damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery with a list of the damaged products and photos. Please keep the original packaging with the damage as it may be required for filing a claim with the shipping service.

  • Due to the nature of our products, Gilded Olive Apothecary does not do consignment.
  • We are the sole distributor of our products on platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
  • We must be notified if you want to sell our products online. We reserve the right to decline.
  • We have the right to refuse any order at any time, especially if we don't feel a particular store is a right fit for our products.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders from stores within close proximity to each other in order to preserve the territorial integrity of our current retail partners who routinely order from us.
    We accept new stores within the same zip code as another retail partner on a case by case basis.
