How to use

Sometimes we just need a moment. Add one of these powerful steamers to your shower, and claim yours.

To activate the steamer, hold it in your hand and get a little bit of water on it. It will begin to slowly fizz, infusing the steam of your shower with natural, aromatic oils. Carefully place it out of the stream of direct water, preferably somewhere near your face.

An invigorating way to start the day, these shower steamers are handmade with therapeutic grade essential oils and pure menthol crystals for true aromatherapy. Add one to a hot shower for sinus relief from seasonal allergies, colds, or when you simply need some unhurried self-care.

At 2 oz per puck, one steamer can easily last through the longest, most luxurious shower, or several shorter ones. To use a steamer more than once, simply remove it from contact with water once your shower is done.

Steamers will come wrapped individually in Biolefin, a bio-degradable, food safe film. Level up a daily ritual to a mind-body aromatherapy session!
Made with aluminum-free Baking Soda, Citric Acid (non GMO), Kaolin Clay, Cream of Tartar, Menthol Crystals, *Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils of Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Sweet Orange & Lemon, Isopropyl Alcohol, Polysorbate 80, Cosmetic Mica Colorant

*Due to the high percentage of essential oils and menthol, shower steamers are NOT meant to be added to a bath or used for soaking. If you are pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before using any essential oil.
Hold a steamer in your hand and let a little bit of water hit it. When it begins to fizz, place it out of the direct stream of water, within your shower stall or tub. A shelf close to your face is ideal.

As it fizzes, it releases essential oils and natural menthol into the steam. This works best in a fairly confined space, so keep the curtain closed for best results.
You can also place a steamer in a bowl, add a little water and tent a towel over your head for intense sinus clearing action. Just beware, it's very powerful!

If you want to save part of an unfinished steamer, simply remove it from contact with water.

Due to the high percentage of essential oils and menthol crystals, shower steamers are NOT meant to be added to a bath or used for soaking.

Menthol crystals are basically peppermint essential oil in a condensed form and are very powerful. They're wonderful for inhalation, but If used directly on the skin, may cause a strong cooling sensation, and possibly irritation.

Individually wrapped to preserve freshness in a bio-degradable film. Store your shower steamers in a cool, dry place until ready to use.
